Overview

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest multinational hotel group of Portuguese origin. With over 100 Hotels and Pousadas, it is present in 16 countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all segments (Rooms, F&B, Events, etc.).
• Create accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts.
• Provide revenue reports and strategic insights to executive leadership.
• Conduct regular competitive set analysis (STR reports, Lighthouse).
• Monitor market trends, demand generators, and upcoming events to anticipate shifts.
• Recommend tactical actions during high and low demand periods.
• Optimize channel mix and reduce distribution costs by steering demand to direct channels.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Website, and E-commerce teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead the revenue meetings with key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic input on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Qualifications
