You will manage budgeting, inventory, and staff scheduling, while ensuring customer satisfaction and high service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in POS software and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all restaurant operations including budgeting, inventory, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and resolving issues.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing sanitation standards and health codes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to create cost-effective, appealing menus.
