Philips Iberica SAU in Lisbon is offering a 12‑month Internship: Demand Planner Intern. The role focuses on creating medium‑term planning and schedules for service resources, with a 39h/week commitment and an immediate start.

You will handle scheduling, balance conflicting demands between obligations, resources and customer demand, and learn to work with internal systems and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualificações

• Recent graduate or student pursuing Biomedical Engineering or similar.
• Proactive, communicative, optimistic and team player with problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent Portuguese and good level of English; Spanish is a plus.
• Can work with MS Office and has very good Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle exception management and balance conflicting demands between obligations, resources and customer demand.
• Support scheduling of Field Resources and service orders for customers, consumers and service engineers; plan maintenance activities, installations and incidents with stakeholders.
• Learn to work with internal systems and with internal and external stakeholders.
• This will be a 12‑month, remunerated internship.
