Uma empresa de recursos humanos está a recrutar um(a) Agente de Reservas fluente em Inglês e outra língua europeia para um centro de contacto multicultural em Lisboa. As responsabilidades incluem processar pedidos de reservas e oferecer um excelente serviço ao cliente. É necessária experiência em gestão hoteleira ou turismo. Qualificações

• Fluente em Inglês – (Critério de Eliminação).
• Deve atender às condições de trabalho em Portugal (permissão de residência válida).
• Experiência em Gestão Hoteleira ou Turismo (factor preferencial).
• Experiência em atendimento ao cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Processar pedidos de reservas, cancelamentos e alterações.
• Identificar necessidades dos clientes.
• Gerir reservas e colaborar para aumentar as vendas.

Reservation Agents (m/f) - European Languages - Lisboa

Descrição: Are you looking for a new professional challenge and interested in working in a multicultural contact center environment? Vertente Humana, a human resources company, is recruiting for a prestigious client: Reservation Agent (m/f) fluent or bilingual in English and other languages such as:

• Dutch
• German
• French
• Italian
• Spanish

Your responsibilities will be to process all reservation requests, cancellations, and changes by phone calls or email from clients in an efficient way, identify guest needs, input and access data in the reservation system, manage reservations, and collaborate in increasing sales and their services/products.

Working schedule: rotating shifts from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m>
Days off: Two
Location: Avenida da Liberdade (Lisbon)

Requisitos:

• Fluent in English – (Elimination Factor)
• Must meet the conditions to work in Portugal (valid residence permit; NIF; NISS, etc.)
• Fluent in one European Language - Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese – (Elimination Factor)
• Experience in Hotel Management, Tourism or similar (preferential factor)
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proactive and responsible
• Good computer skills
