Porto Business School (PBS) is seeking a dedicated and innovative full-time Research Lecturer in Leadership and Organizational Behavior.

We are particularly looking for candidates who can complement and enhance our existing research and teaching capabilities in the following areas:

• Organizational Behavior and Culture
• Change Management and Organizational Transformation
• Ethics, Diversity, and Inclusion in Leadership
• People Development, Motivation, and Engagement
• Decision-Making, Power Dynamics, and Influence
• Leadership in the Age of AI

The ideal candidate will combine a strong academic background with substantial industry experience and proven teaching excellence. The successful applicant is expected to produce high-quality research and show commitment to publishing in reputable academic journals. They will play a key role in strengthening PBS’s contributions to knowledge, thought leadership, and practice in the fields of Leadership and Organizational Behavior.

Salary for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
