The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, with experience in customer service and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks across various departments and providing technical support for operations. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in customer service or middle office roles.
• Knowledge of banking activities is a plus.
• Ability to build simple queries in VBA.

Responsabilidades

• Control data between Front and Back Office applications.
• Support end user computing tools development.
• Coordinate tasks across Operations departments.
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing.
