HN Services Portugal is seeking a Senior Quality & Risk Management Officer to join a cross-functional team in an international wealth management environment. The role combines Banking Operations, Operational Controls, Data Analysis and System/Process Improvement.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Banking/Wealth Management Operations, strong knowledge of securities, funds and derivatives, and hands-on expertise with Excel, MS Access, VBA, Power BI and Reporting tools to support

Qualificações

• Solid experience in Banking / Wealth Management Operations
• Strong understanding of financial products and transactions, including securities, funds and derivatives
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Access
• Hands-on experience with VBA, Access queries and Excel macros
• Experience with Power BI and ideally Business Objects
• Previous exposure to operational controls, reconciliations and/or risk & quality activities
• Experience with UAT, system migrations or change projects
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex system and operational flows
• Ability to work effectively across Operations, Business and IT teams

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating with Operations, IT and other stakeholders in an international environment
• Designing and improving operational control frameworks
• Preparing and executing UATs
• Producing quantitative indicators and management reporting
• Reviewing procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
