Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional paralegal, lawyer, or attorney experience.
• At least two years as a litigation paralegal for a US law firm.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery documents, subpoenas, and litigation correspondence.
• Familiarity with state and federal filing systems and procedural rules.
• Strong English writing, research, and document preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support civil litigation matters from intake through trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and letters.
• Prepare exhibits, deposition materials, case chronologies, and damages documentation.
• Manage discovery including document collection, review, and production.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trials; maintain case files.
