Dellent is seeking a Technical Lead (.NET, C#) for a 100% remote project in Portugal. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor or Master in CS, with 6 years of software development experience and 2 years in a leadership role, plus expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, REST/SOAP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.

You will drive architecture, design, and delivery across global teams while communicating in English. Remote onboarding is available; a personalized training plan and a culture of proximity and transparency

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or similar.
• 6 years of software development experience.
• 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in web or mobile app development, project delivery, solution design and architecture.
• Software development experience in .NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ability to execute technical projects at global scale across times zones.
• Strategic mindset with technology-driven business impact.
• Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• OutSystems project experience and certifications.
• Experience with SDLC and methodologies including agile, scrum, iterative, and waterfall.
• Fluency in English.
