OAK'S LAB is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to own the technical buildout of our product portfolio. You will manage an engineering team (3–7 engineers), own the software architecture and infrastructure, and align with product and design to deliver high‑quality solutions.

You’ll contribute hands-on coding, guide technology choices, review code, and drive process improvements while participating in our AI Guild and Engineering Leads Council.

Qualificações

• Led engineering teams (3–7) and owned technical delivery across projects.
• Strong backend and frontend experience with Node.js and React.
• Strategic thinking, architecture ownership, and product alignment.
• Proficient in English and eager to work in a remote, international context.
