Ocean Infinity seeks a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to act as Tech Lead for a fullstack product team. You are the technical anchor of the team: you own how the work gets built and when it ships, while remaining a strong individual contributor.

We run on C#/.NET with React and TypeScript (Next.js, tRPC, Node, Postgres). You’ll shape backend design, mentor teammates, and push for quality through code reviews and design discipline.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years as a software engineer with production experience across backend services and web frontends.
• Proven experience as Tech Lead or similar leadership role owning a team’s technical approach and delivery.
• Strong backend fundamentals and hands-on experience in C#/.NET or Node/TypeScript.
• Experience building single-page apps with React and relational databases with an ORM.

Responsabilidades

• Set the technical direction for a fullstack product across backend services and web applications, and stay hands-on writing and reviewing code.
• Own the how and the when: technical approach, task breakdown, sequencing, capacity, and quality bar; be accountable for delivery.
• Maintain backend design discipline to keep services maintainable as the team grows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to define, design, and ship features.
• Mentor the team through code reviews and constructive feedback.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools as part of daily workflow and promote proper usage.
• Document software and processes as needed.
