MiniMed seeks a Senior Regulatory Operations Specialist to lead GTS license activities and support regulatory management systems remotely. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure licenses are maintained, resolve issues, and drive process improvements across regions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 0 years. SAP knowledge is preferred; prior medical device experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
• Previous regulatory operations, licensing, or GTS experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred; experience with similar regulatory management systems is acceptable.
• Experience in medical devices or a highly regulated industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for GTS license activities, including license maintenance and resolution of license blocks.
• Support enterprise regulatory management systems, including coordination, training, and system design input.
• Monitor process efficiency and vendor performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global teams to support regulatory licensing across regions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems for greater efficiency.
• Work independently in a fully remote environment while coordinating across time zones.
