Qualificações

• 5+ years of Python back-end development experience.
• 3+ years with asyncio and threading.
• Built and shipped LLM-powered features in production Python.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with local on-device inference (Ollama/llama.cpp).

Responsabilidades

• Design and build the AI foundation of Home Assistant: APIs, LLM integrations, and tool layers.
• Create in-product agents grounded in user configuration with user control.
• Connect Home Assistant to the agentic world via MCP standards.
• Grow Assist from home control to home management with memory and docs support.
• Make AI features easy to discover, set up, and disable in the platform.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with the community on issues.
