Job summary

Reachdesk, a global SaaS gifting platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the Reachdesk Platform. You’ll own end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to delivery, driving measurable impact for customers and the business.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to launch and adopt solutions that deliver real value. This role is remote and based in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Experience owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer insights into product strategy.
• Demonstrated collaboration with engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and priorities aligned with company goals and customer insight.
• Define problems before solutions to guide design and engineering teams.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery to delivery and adoption.
• Balance customer needs, business impact, UX, and technical constraints.
• Develop partnerships with external technology partners to enable integrations.
• Coordinate launches and adoption across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.
• Communicate decisions and results clearly to leadership and teams.
