Proxify is seeking a data-driven Senior BI Developer with mastery of Tableau to design, build, and maintain our enterprise BI infrastructure. You will bridge raw data and executive strategy with highly optimized dashboards and data stories.

With 5+ years in BI or data analytics and deep SQL and cloud data warehouse experience, you will mentor developers, set modeling standards, and collaborate with product and leadership to define KPIs and data requirements.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as BI Developer or Data Analyst, with at least 3+ years Tableau.
• Experience with complex SQL queries and data joins.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift and dimensional modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Architect high-performance Tableau dashboards and stories meeting complex business requirements.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to dashboard design for intuitive, actionable reports.
• Master Tableau features like LOD, parameter actions, sets, and table calculations.
• Design and optimize data structures, extracts, and data prep workflows (Tableau Prep/SQL/Alteryx).
• Write and optimize SQL queries to pull data from Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Collaborate with IT/DevOps on Tableau Server governance and security (RLS).
• Partner with product managers and executives to define KPIs and map data requirements.
• Establish development standards and peer-review processes; mentor juniors.
• Monitor dashboard performance and troubleshoot slow workbooks.
