Expleo is seeking an experienced professional to provide technical and operational support for enterprise SaaS platforms from a remote location while based in Portugal. The role requires hands-on work with Profound Platform and Salesforce CRM integrations, plus strong API troubleshooting, data analysis and reporting skills.

You will collaborate with technical teams, business users and vendors to troubleshoot incidents and ensure smooth operation of business-critical applications across the SaaS

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in SaaS / Application Support or a similar enterprise technology environment.
• Provide technical and operational support for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Profound Platform.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations.
• Troubleshoot integrations, data synchronisation and system interfaces.
• Experience with APIs and API troubleshooting.
• Perform data analysis and validation, identifying inconsistencies and anomalies.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Manage user access and operational support.
• Investigate and resolve application and integration issues.
• Work closely with technical teams, business users and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-level platforms and business-critical applications.
