Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights across multiple SaaS products. You will analyze the customer journey from acquisition to retention, collaborating with Data, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership to identify growth opportunities and build reusable data capabilities with AI-powered tools.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, segmentation, cohorts, and window functions.
• AI-native mindset with practical experience using AI assistants and cloud tools.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data reliability.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex data into actionable insights to drive growth across SaaS products.
• Analyze acquisition channels, marketing campaigns, cohorts, and LTV.
• Examine the complete customer journey from acquisition to retention and payments.
• Collaborate with Data Science to evaluate experiments and measure impact.
• Monitor payments performance and revenue indicators across PSPs and regions.
• Translate business questions into structured, reliable analyses and recommendations.
• Develop reusable data tools and AI-enabled workflows.
