HAVI TechHUB is hiring a Release & Deployment Manager to oversee planning, coordination and execution of software releases. You will work with development, testing, operations and project management to ensure successful deployments and minimize risk, while driving continuous delivery improvements.

You will bring extensive release management experience, strong ITIL awareness, and fluency in English to a global tech hub that values autonomy, collaboration and innovation in supply chain technology.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT Release Management or related roles with successful release management across complex environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles including Agile, Waterfall and DevOps.
• Experience implementing release processes and deployment management tools from scratch.
• Proficient in version control systems and automation frameworks.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with multiple releases.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of QA processes and aligning deployments with quality metrics.
• Fluency in English.
