AgileEngine, a leading software partner for Fortune 500 brands, seeks a Senior Release Manager to own end-to-end release lifecycles across Frontline products. You will coordinate planning, deployments, hotfixes, and governance with Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps.

In this role, you will optimize release processes, branching strategies, and deployment automation while maintaining runbooks and metrics to improve predictability and efficiency.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of proven experience in large-scale enterprise SaaS or cloud-native environments as a Release Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar role.
• Experience releasing SaaS/cloud-native/enterprise software products.
• Solid knowledge of Git workflows, branch management, and release versioning.
• Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working closely with DevOps and Engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products.
• Coordinate release planning, release candidates, production deployments, hotfixes, and emergency releases.
• Define and improve release management processes, standards, and governance.
• Optimize branching, merging, and versioning strategies.
• Partner closely with Team Leads, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure release readiness.
• Manage release risks, dependencies, and cross-team communication.
• Drive improvements in deployment automation, CI/CD processes, and release reliability.
• Maintain release documentation, deployment runbooks, and rollback procedures.
• Monitor release metrics and continuously improve release quality, predictability, and efficiency.
