AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products. You will coordinate planning, production deployments, hotfixes, and emergencies while defining governance and improving versioning strategies.

You will partner with Engineering, QA, and DevOps to ensure release readiness, manage risks and dependencies, and drive automation and CI/CD enhancements for reliable deployments.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of release management experience in large-scale enterprise software environments.
• Experience managing SaaS, cloud-native, or enterprise software releases.
• Strong knowledge of Git workflows and release versioning.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end release lifecycle for Frontline products.
• Coordinate release planning, candidates, deployments, hotfixes and emergency releases.
• Define and improve release governance, standards and processes.
• Optimize branching, merging and versioning strategies.
• Partner with Team Leads, QA and DevOps to ensure release readiness.
• Manage risks, dependencies and cross-team communication.
• Drive deployment automation, CI/CD improvements and release reliability.
• Maintain runbooks, deployment documentation and rollback procedures.
• Monitor release metrics and improve quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the accountable owner of the Frontline release management function.
