Entrepreneur Cooperative seeks a QuickBooks Financial Controller to own the General Ledger and drive the transition from outsourced to in-house accounting. You will report to the CFO, configure QuickBooks, manage monthly closes, and oversee AP/AR in a fully remote contractor role.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, cash management, and ensuring strong internal controls while collaborating with clients and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must have hands-on QuickBooks expertise with full ownership of the General Ledger.
• C1/C2 English proficiency required in written and spoken form.
• Experience configuring QuickBooks and leading implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and optimize QuickBooks to support accounting structure and reporting.
• Lead QuickBooks configuration and implementation initiatives.
• Transition General Ledger from external firm to in-house function.
• Maintain, reconcile, and close books monthly.
• Oversee AP/AR and payroll processes; review invoices and client statements.
