You will work directly with the head of the corporate/M&A practice and senior partners in a remote, high-performance setting.

The role emphasizes first-principles reasoning, AI fluency, and the ability to deliver rigorous analyses that inform negotiations and risk assessments.

Qualificações

• PhD or Master's in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, finance, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Proven experience using AI tools to model and analyze data.
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote, high-performance environment.
• Strong judgment and ability to separate signal from noise in dense materials.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate AI-assisted workflows into day-to-day work.
• Analyze and model complex business, executive compensation, and structure.
• Map ownership, incentive, and value-distribution structures across scenarios.
• Stress-test assumptions and identify economic sensitivity and risk.
• Build and refine analytical models used on live client matters.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled analytical practices within the firm.
