YTEC is seeking an experienced Software QA Engineer / Tester to join our innovative team. You’ll work with our QA team to ensure software quality through manual testing, test analysis, troubleshooting, and test automation.

You’ll help build and expand automated testing capabilities using Playwright or Selenium. The role requires planning and executing test plans and cases, performing various testing types, and collaborating with developers, product owners and support to meet user needs and

Qualificações

• 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Hands-on with Playwright or Selenium mandatory.
• Understanding of QA processes and testing practices.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute testing activities with the current QA team.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to meet user needs and business requirements.
• Perform manual, exploratory, functional, regression, and usability testing as needed.
• Identify, investigate, document, and troubleshoot defects.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of an automated testing framework.
• Build automated tests using Playwright or Selenium or similar tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and regression testing tasks.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, the QA team and customer support to meet expectations.
• Communicate test results, defects, risks and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Help improve QA processes, testing practices and automation strategy.
