Decskill is growing and seeking a QA Automation specialist for a project with a remote working model. The role combines manual testing with test automation using Playwright, end-to-end release ownership, and a focus on AI-assisted QA with human validation.

You will mentor other QA team members, promote quality practices, and collaborate with clients across diverse domains. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in requirements and acceptance criteria analysis.
• Test design, execution and exploratory testing.
• Regression and smoke testing.
• Bug validation and retesting.
• Mentoring and promoting QA best practices.
• Interest in AI to improve QA with human validation of AI results.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate QA activities across the release lifecycle.
• Ensure tickets have test coverage and coordinate regression testing.
• Identify and communicate quality risks.
• Evaluate release readiness for Production.
• Mentor QA teammates and promote best practices.
