AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute hands-on in a follow-the-sun DevSecOps pod. You will write Python scripts to integrate SAST, DAST, and SCA gates into CI/CD pipelines and tune scanners to reduce false positives.

You will deploy automated hardened baselines and provide code-level remediation guidance with Java and Python. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of software engineering experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with CI/CD workflows.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency for automation and scripting.
• Working knowledge of modern CI/CD orchestration tools and vulnerability scoring frameworks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on complex scripting and integration tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Write and maintain scripts to integrate security gates (SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Tune security scanning tools to reduce false positives and improve alerts.
• Assist in deploying automated hardened baselines and secure coding patterns.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide code-level remediation guidance in Java and Python.
