Jobgether partners with a company seeking a Project Cost Administrator based in Portugal. This fully remote role focuses on keeping project cost information accurate, complete, and up to date for an Australian project team.

You will handle delivery dockets, POs, cost codes, timesheets, and labor/plant records, ensuring 99%+ coding accuracy and data integrity across project records, with minimal supervision.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in project or cost administration.
• Advanced proficiency with Workbench required.
• Experience processing project costs, delivery dockets, purchase orders, timesheets, and related records.
• Strong understanding of coding principles and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to identify duplicates and discrepancies and resolve them.
• Excellent data-entry with high accuracy and deadline discipline.
• Remote work experience with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier delivery dockets within 24–48 hours.
• Match dockets to purchase orders for complete records.
• Apply correct project and cost codes with 99%+ accuracy.
• Enter and maintain project cost data in Workbench.
• Process timesheets, labor and plant records, and supplier data.
• Identify duplicates, discrepancies, and missing information.
• Maintain an outstanding docket register and follow up.
• Coordinate with site teams and suppliers to obtain records.
• Ensure documents are accessible to stakeholders.
• Provide accurate cost information to Project Managers and Engineers.
• Maintain data integrity and pre-empt rework.
• Meet processing deadlines with high accuracy.
