Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Manager to own a domain within Core Products & Platform, driving impact on donation volume and platform reliability. You’ll write specs, partner with Engineering and Analytics, and align with GTM and Customer Success to turn complex problems into scalable solutions.

You will lead quarterly goals, run structured discovery, and ensure outcomes with a strong emphasis on data, metrics, and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Product Management in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environment.
• Own a product area end-to-end and drive outcomes, not just tasks.
• Deliver complex features in high‑pressure environments without compromising quality.
• Write precise specifications engineers can build from, with edge cases.
• Define metrics, interpret results, and drive decisions with data.
• Think in system terms, understanding dependencies and impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1) and ability to work with Russian-speaking team.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own your domain's quarterly goals and success metrics.
• Run structured discovery: interviews, analysis, funnel review, data exploration.
• Write engineering-ready specs with edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with PM Growth on experiment design and fast delivery.
• Collaborate with GTM to translate client needs into scalable product improvements.
• Track product health with attribution and causal reasoning.
• Use AI as a default tool across research, analysis, spec writing, and communication.
• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery through to launch and post-launch validation.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment across Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership.
