Jobgether is seeking a Team Lead Product Analyst based in Portugal. This growth-oriented leadership role blends product, marketing, growth, and data to drive strategic decisions.

You will mentor analysts and progressively lead cross-functional analytics initiatives, influencing roadmaps and analytical standards. You will partner with Product, Growth, and Data teams to deliver actionable insights, build datasets and dashboards, and shape the analytics function while advancing toward people

Qualificações

• Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with product metrics, funnels, retention, cohort analysis, experimentation, and growth analytics.
• Strong business thinking with ability to connect analytical findings to commercial outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with leadership collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, cohort, and segmentation analyses to inform product performance.
• Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments including A/B tests and CUPED/CUPAC methodologies.
• Quantify impact of initiatives and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Growth and other teams to support data-driven decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytical standards and datasets.
