Job summary

Sword is hiring a Physiotherapist (PT) based in Portugal and working remotely to deliver high-quality patient care through digital channels. You will provide 1-to-1 support via chat and calls, apply prehabilitation approaches for musculoskeletal disorders, and assist in validating new therapeutic programs with data collection and testing.

The role requires a physiotherapy degree, 3+ years of clinical musculoskeletal experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to patient-centered

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal disorders.
• Passion for personalized care that recognizes the whole person.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in a digital care workspace.
• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with member empowerment and behavioral change.
• Strong commitment to data security and privacy.
• Pelvic health education coursework is a plus (level 1 pelvic coursework or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-to-1 support to members through message-based chat and phone/video calls.
• Apply our digital approach to prehabilitation and management of musculoskeletal disorders.
• Support the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs and products by assisting in data collection and testing.
