Ergomed is seeking a pharmacovigilance professional to support project activities and manage ICSR processing with quality control. You will contribute to KPI creation and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role includes acting as Local Contact Person for pharmacovigilance and language-specific responsibilities within the PV network, with a focus on accuracy and timely deliverables.

Qualificações

• Life science graduate with interest in pharmacovigilance.
• 3–4 years of PV work experience, including at least 1 year in a line manager role.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Strong organization with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Delegation, planning and time-management capabilities.
• Technical skills relevant to PV operations and data handling.
• Team collaboration and cross-functional working.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to project team activities for the client and Ergomed.
• Create and maintain KPIs for ICSR activities and optimize procedures.
• Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manage ICSR deviations with the ICSR Operational Lead support.
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy.
• Handle ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Act as the assigned team SME for the PV network.
• Support RA & PV Network, including Local Contact Person for pharmacovigilance and Language Lead as agreed.
