Huzzle.com is seeking a commercially-minded Performance Ads Manager to drive high-quality lead generation for our clients. You will own client open days, ensuring full bookings while managing acquisition costs.

You’ll analyze local competition, test creatives, and optimise the funnel from click to conversion within a tight, collaborative team. You will partner with content creators to craft compelling assets and continuously evolve landing pages, reporting impact and optimising performance

Qualificações

• Proven experience in paid media and lead generation
• Strong ownership and accountability in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work with tight targets and timelines
• Strategic thinker with data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns to keep client open days at full capacity
• Maintain and optimize Cost Per Lead within target ranges
• Improve Lead-to-Booking rate via funnel analysis
• Conduct competitive research to stay ahead in local markets
• Develop and test new creative concepts with content teams
• A/B test landing pages to maximise conversions
• Provide detailed monthly reporting on optimisations and shifts
• Use Anytrack for server-side tracking to ensure data accuracy
