Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Medior Pentester to strengthen our global offensive security program. You will perform whitebox testing on web apps, AI models, and cloud platforms, collaborating with international teams.

The role offers complete remote flexibility in Portugal, opportunities to advance to Senior Technical Specialist or Purple Team Lead, and hands-on work with modern security tooling and open-source projects.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years practical offensive security or pentesting experience.
• Ability to read and audit application code snippets.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices.
• Fluent English; ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform whitebox penetration testing on global web apps, AI models, and cloud infrastructure.
• Execute adversary simulations in post-breach environments across Windows AD networks.
• Analyze source code and conduct secure code reviews to identify logic flaws and vulnerabilities.
• Provide actionable remediation guidance and collaborate with international development teams.
• Own side-projects and contribute to internal offensive security tooling and open-source efforts.
