Randstad is seeking a Medior Pentester (Global Offensive Security Specialist) to join its global CISO office in Portugal. The role focuses on hands-on penetration testing across IT applications, AI models, cloud networks, and complex Red Teaming exercises, with emphasis on collaborative remediation rather than pure reporting.

Qualificações

• 4+ years hands-on experience in IT security, network penetration testing and adversary simulations.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP and offensive security best practices.
• Ability to read/analyze code and modify exploits; strong network manipulation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct end-to-end penetration testing across IT applications, AI models, and cloud environments.
• Lead realistic red team exercises to assess organizational resilience.
• Collaborate with engineers to remediate vulnerabilities and improve security controls.
