Randstad Staffing is seeking a Medior Pentester (Global Offensive Security Specialist) to join our global CISO office and secure IT across applications, AI, cloud networks and Red Teaming exercises. This role focuses on hands-on testing, collaborative remediation, and adversary simulation—not just reports.

Requirements include 4+ years in IT security, strong code-reading and exploit skills, knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, and English fluency. OSCP/OSWE/GIAC/CEH certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of hands-on IT security experience including network penetration testing and adversary simulations.
• Proficient in reading/analyzing code, exploit development, and manipulation of network infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, and offensive security best practices.
• Fluent English communication and ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GIAC GXPN/GPEN, CEH or EC-Council LPT are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform end-to-end penetration testing across global IT apps, AI models, networks, and cloud environments.
• Conduct advanced Red Teaming exercises to test organizational resilience.
• Work with application and infrastructure teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Develop and expand internal security tooling and research.
