Jobgether in Portugal is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator for a flexible freelance engagement. You will support marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives, coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholder communications in a remote environment.

The role requires strong organization, experience in marketing coordination, and excellent English communication. It offers about 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling and ongoing project exposure.

Qualificações

• Experience in marketing support, project coordination, or related field.
• Demonstrated social media experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate project timelines, plans, task trackers, milestones, and deliverables to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Support social media-related marketing activities and coordinate assets and approvals.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and follow up on action items.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers, and elevate issues to leads.
