Job summary

EVERSANA's Medical Communications team seeks a home-office based professional to support call center operations, handle drug information inquiries, translate documents, and assist with adverse event reporting.

The role requires English and Italian language skills, a life sciences background, and proficiency with Word/Excel and safety databases. US hours with CET shifts; EU work eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Life sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent
• English C1 level; Italian as a mother tongue is essential
• Strong translation skills and clinical background
• Experience in call center, medical information or pharma industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate English documents to target language and respond by phone or writing
• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients
• Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing
• Identify adverse events and product complaints and report per SOPs
• Write adverse event narratives and assist with quality-related communications
• Coordinate actions with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and complainants
• Evaluate medical literature for dissemination to healthcare professionals
• Support market research, system development and training projects
