Finom is a European fintech scale-up offering an all-in-one financial platform for entrepreneurs. We are looking for a Remote Junior Account Manager who speaks German to manage a portfolio of business customers, reduce churn, drive adoption, and grow value from Finom’s products.

You’ll engage via phone, email and chat and collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll work with internal teams to understand customer needs, identify at-risk accounts, and help

Qualificações

• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Care, Business Development or Sales.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness, without being pushy.
• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and the ability to ask great questions.
• Excellent organisation and follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships at once.
• Native-level fluency in German, plus fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with your customers and manage your own portfolio.
• Reduce churn by contacting inactive customers and addressing issues.
• Help customers grow by increasing product adoption and engagement.
• Own the customer relationship and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare before conversations by researching the business and past interactions.
• Work with Customer Care, Sales, Product, Operations, Risk and AI to improve the customer experience.
