Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day

Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 19:00 - Rotative shifts
Days off: 2 days (rotative)

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support our client's growing team. Work from home and provide top-notch assistance to travelers and passengers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about travel services and bookings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Previous sales experience is mandatory!
  • Ability to work rotational shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • EU member state passport, a valid residence card for Portugal, an expression of interest or a job-seeker visa (a MUST)
