Alongside is a Portuguese company that partners with international organizations to build and scale exceptional tech teams.

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer / IT Support Technician to provide remote support to a client in the UK, on a part-time and flexible basis.

This role is 100% remote, with approximately 10 hours per month, offering flexible working hours and an international working environment.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of IT Support or Helpdesk L2 experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 environment support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide remote support.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote support to users in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Support Outlook, Teams, Office and Microsoft Defender.
• Manage users and permissions.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues.
• Set up and configure new PCs and software.
• Provide support for email security solutions (Mimecast).
• Remotely monitor endpoints using RMM tools (NinjaOne).
• Support hardware management and ordering.
• Document basic IT processes.
