Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an IT Security Architect to implement governance rules across Infrastructure End-User services including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, printing and scanning. You will collaborate with Virtual Client and Print teams, Endpoint Architects and Cybersecurity to drive secure design choices.

The role requires 5-7 years in IT security with direct experience in Workplace solutions security architecture, and strong knowledge of Intune, Defender, Purview and EntraID.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or Cyber Security, postgraduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define interaction of processes, tools, data and technologies to develop secure architecture for End User services (VDI, printing, scanning).
• Support evaluation of business demands and prepare architecture decisions with security considered.
• Apply SE architecture framework and security guidelines to virtualisation, printing and scanning evolution.
• Define technology constraints, guardrails and reference security architectures; facilitate IT solution reviews with Cybersecurity teams.
• Report to head of End User Solutions and head of Digital Workplace to shape security practices and influence within the department.
