Envision Pharma Group is seeking an IT Security Analyst to safeguard digital assets through proactive monitoring, incident response, and security operations excellence. You will collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to detect and respond to security events in a fast-moving global tech environment.

The role is remote in Portugal, requiring strong English communication and hands-on experience with Defender, Sentinel, and cloud security on Azure and AWS.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in security operations, IT ops, or sys admin with hands-on Defender, Sentinel, Purview.
• Strong incident response, vulnerability management, and alert monitoring leadership.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud security in SOC environments.
• Proven project-based security tool onboarding and rollout.
• Experience with managed SOC teams and cross-functional coordination.
• Understanding of enterprise IT, networking, identity, endpoints, cloud.
• Hands-on tooling: SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanners, identity tools.
• Knowledge of ISO27001, SOC 2, NIST and applying them operationally.
• One or more cybersecurity certs (Security+, MS Security, AWS Security); CISSP a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, correlate signals, and make risk-based decisions.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day ownership of security platforms with SOC and IT teams.
• Lead and manage security incidents end-to-end.
• Drive vulnerability management coordination across teams.
• Design and maintain security controls across cloud and on-prem.
• Monitor telemetry (SIEM, EDR, identity, network, cloud) to improve detection.
• Support compliance audits (ISO27001, SOC 2) with evidence and controls.
• Develop security metrics and runbooks.
• Participate in incident response drills and tabletop exercises.
• Mentor operational IT teams on secure practices.
