Zyte is hiring an IT Automation & Platform Engineer to architect and operate the internal technology ecosystem powering our global company. You will integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, finance, HR, and engineering tools into a cohesive, automated architecture, while building scripts, services, and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities include designing reliable SaaS integrations, building internal automation tooling, and enabling AI-assisted processes across the organization.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Systems Engineering, or Platform Engineering, including 3+ years in a senior role owning internal business systems and automation at a SaaS/tech company.
• Strong scripting and programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, Node.js.
• Solid experience operating GCP & AWS environments (VPCs, IAM roles, EC2/S3).
• Strong experience with external APIs including REST and GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and operate Zyte's internal IT SaaS platform, integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, finance systems, HR platforms, engineering tools, and collaboration software.
• Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across multiple SaaS platforms.
• Write code and build automation tooling; develop internal services and event-driven automation pipelines.
• Develop internal tools and automations to improve operational efficiency across teams, including CLI tools, onboarding/offboarding automation, and data synchronization services.
• Introduce AI into internal workflows with AI-powered assistants, knowledge retrieval, and AI copilots for internal SaaS workflows.
