RoomPriceGenie is seeking an AI Systems & Automation Engineer to drive internal AI adoption across Customer Success, Sales, and Operations. You will deploy supervised AI agents that automate complex workflows, connecting internal data to core tools and ensuring safe, scalable automation.

You will bridge Snowflake, Postgres, DocumentDB, S3 with GTM tools like HubSpot, Chargebee, Modjo and Notion, delivering practical agent patterns, guardrails, and reliable integrations across Europe.

Qualificações

• Strong software fundamentals including Python and TypeScript.
• Hands-on proficiency with Claude and the Claude ecosystem.
• Experience integrating complex SaaS APIs (HubSpot, Chargebee, Notion).
• Ability to design agent-based automation with safe, structured boundaries.
• Based in European time zones and fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business pain into high-ROI AI automation targets with Success, Sales, and Ops teams.
• Build production agents and integrations connecting LLMs to internal data stores and SaaS platforms.
• Implement modern agent standards with safe, structured execution and guardrails.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows with schema validation and approval gates.
• Ensure reliable integrations with API rate limits, webhooks, and asynchronous jobs.
• Measure and iterate using lightweight evaluation to optimize prompts and models.
