The role involves conducting research, screening targets, building valuation models, and preparing pitchbooks. Strong Excel skills and detailed analysis are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Senior Associate or VP level experience in M&A or investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytic and client-facing materials.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
