Scotty AI in Portugal (Aveiro area) seeks an Implementation Consultant to guide clients from discovery to go-live, translating business needs into conversational requirements and coordinating with designers and developers.

This project-based role emphasizes robust stakeholder communication, agile delivery, and AI-assisted documentation to keep delivery on track while ensuring client success.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is highly preferred and English CV is required.
• Residency in Portugal with proximity to Aveiro is advantageous.
• Valid Portuguese work authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Run discovery/workshops to translate client processes into conversational requirements.
• Define user journeys and business logic in collaboration with the Conversation Designer.
• Gather copy, FAQ answers, and brand guidelines for implementation.
• Sequence delivery work within sprints; groom backlog and track blockers.
• Create and maintain project docs and AI-driven configuration workbooks; review AI output.
• Develop test plans, guide UAT, and ensure builds meet the initial requirements.
• Triage support tickets and communicate status to clients and leadership.
