DataSmart is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain healthcare integrations from a remote base in Portugal. You will implement HL7, DICOM, and other interoperability interfaces, and configure workflows with Mirth Connect.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in integration engineering or related fields, with healthcare project experience and HL7/DICOM/IHE knowledge, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
4+ years of experience in Integration Engineering or similar roles.
Experience delivering healthcare integration projects, with HL7, DICOM, and IHE familiarity.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, test, and maintain healthcare system integrations.
Implement and support HL7, DICOM, and other interoperability interfaces.
Configure and manage integration workflows using Mirth Connect and related technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration, interface, and data flow issues across distributed systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver integration projects on time and to quality standards.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and deployment guides.
Monitor integration performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure system reliability.
Provide technical support during implementation, testing, and production phases.
