Jobgether in Portugal invites a Head of Product Development to lead the full lifecycle of physical consumer products for the US market. You will own customer insight, design, manufacturing, pricing and performance, guiding a team through specs, QA and launches.

You’ll leverage customer evidence, testing, and AI-enabled workflows to prioritize opportunities, improve quality, and drive profitable product portfolios across brands.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading physical consumer product development for the US market.
• Experience launching multiple products through online channels (DTC, Amazon, etc.).
• 5+ years in consumer products with P&L responsibility.
• Strong customer research and market insight capability.
• Proven ability to manage a team of at least three people.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product development from insight to market success.
• Build deep customer understanding across segments, pricing, and quality.
• Identify needs via reviews, surveys, interviews, and testing to validate opportunities.
• Decide which opportunities move forward, pause, or discontinue with evidence.
• Define specifications, materials, packaging, sizing, and price positioning.
• Manage lifecycles, quality improvements, relaunches, and discontinuations.
• Establish a results loop comparing launch forecasts vs. actuals.
• Lead product analysts and sourcing/production coordination teams.
• Guide research tools and product-scoring processes.
• Collaborate with overseas manufacturing partners on specs and samples.
