PandaDoc is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join their Growth track in a fully remote role. You'll work at the intersection of design and engineering, quickly converting prototypes into production-grade React components and enhancing the AI-enabled design system.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in design and front-end engineering, fluency in React and TypeScript, and a portfolio of shipped projects. This role offers a competitive salary and various employment options, accommodating EU time zones.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in design and front‑end engineering.
• Portfolio of shipped interfaces or widely‑used components.
• Active use of Cursor and Claude Code in daily workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Prototype AI‑native ideas in production‑grade React code.
• Ship production‑grade Growth surfaces, owning key surfaces end‑to‑end.
• Partner with design leadership to define quality standards.
