Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Greece. You will assist travelers via phone, chat, and email, handling bookings changes, cancellations, and travel questions with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

The role is a full-time, 40-hour week with rotative shifts (Mon–Sun 08:00–23:00). Join an international team and gain valuable customer service experience while enjoying Greece's sunny lifestyle.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good level of English for internal communication.
• Some customer service experience is a big plus.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
