Qualifications

• You have a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in global sourcing and procurement, with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making.
• Advanced English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and operational needs.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure all procured parts and services meet required specifications.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve optimal value.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and finance, to align procurement activities with overall business goals.
• Utilize data analytics to track procurement performance, generate insights, and prepare reports for management.
